This is what is called as double hit. For all investors who had put money in Wockhardt Hospital IPO first will not get allotment and secondly have to wait for 15 days for refund. It has been informed that the money will be refunded to them within 15 days.

what a **** they are. SEBI to make a rule, that if IPO is cancelled money should be returned in next 2 days. else should be returned with interest of 10% p.a.
